Senator Takubo moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 634--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §9-2-9a, relating generally to certain agreements between the Department of Health and Human Resources the two largest state universities and the School of Osteopathic Medicine; and exempting such agreements from the requirements of the State Purchasing Division.
